The WA Learner's Theory Test is a 30 question multiple-choice test. Each question provides 3 options and requires you to choose the most correct. The test covers all content in Drive Safe: A Handbook for WA Road Users.
The pass mark for the test is 80%. This means you must answer 24 of the 32 questions correctly to pass and be issued with a learner permit. If you get 7 or more questions wrong, you will fail the test.
If you fail the test, you cannot make another attempt on the same day and will instead be required to come back on a different day. You should use this time to revise and complete more practice tests.
